Bio

Mark Goldberg joined Hudson as an Associate in July 2010. Prior to Hudson, Mr. Goldberg was an Investment Banking Analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Global Power & Utilities Group, where he worked on deals in the Renewable Energy / Clean Technology sectors. Prior to that, he was an Analyst in Morgan Stanley’s Leveraged Finance group. Mr. Goldberg graduated from Brown University with a BA in International Relations.
