    Scot Jarvis is a co-founder of Cedar Grove Partners, LLC, the forerunner to Cedar Grove Investments. Most recently, Jarvis was the Vice President of Operations with Eagle River LLC (a private investment company of Craig McCaw) where he co-founded Nextlink, served on the board of Nextel Communications, was a major participant in the structuring and staffing operations "post merger" of OneComm and DialCall and was a major player in several other arenas. Jarvis returned to McCaw Cellular as vice president of McCaw Development Corp. in the mid-90's acquiring several rural cellular companies and minority interests in the New York market. He negotiated investment in PriCellular and served on their board of directors, as well as on the executive committee of Los Angeles Cellular Telephone Company. Prior to that, as vice president and general manager of Cellular One's California region, Jarvis grew cellular revenues from $40 million to more than $100 million. Under his leadership the region enhanced distribution, to become one of the top three districts company wide. Jarvis was hired as vice president (acquisitions and development) with McCaw Cellular Communications in the late 80's and directed the acquisition of more than 100 distinct cellular markets and licenses representing an overall investment of more than $1 billion dollars. In this position he was responsible for the acquisition and transition of three cable television systems into a larger network. Jarvis graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor's of arts in business administration/finance.
