Launched in June 2020 by the government, French Tech Souveraineté is an investment scheme managed by Bpifrance, with both offensive and defensive vocation, with a cumulative total amount of €650 million, to support French technology companies developing sovereign future technologies, which can be the prey of major foreign players or be overtaken by competitors who manage to better finance themselves.
