Bio
Mr. Petersen is the Founder and Portfolio Manager of Stonegate Soho Fund. Mr. Petersen also helps oversee various aspects of the financial services business. Mr. Petersen began his Wall Street career in 2000 as an analyst on a corporate bond trading desk. While on Wall Street, he directed investments and managed risk in trading accounts that, in certain cases, exceeded $1 billion. He also advised multi-billion dollar hedge fund, mutual fund and pension fund clients as to the suitability of specific investments for their portfolios. In 2012, Mr. Petersen founded Soho Income Advisors, a registered investment advisor, and later, Soho Income Fund, LP, the predecessor to the Partnership. The Partnership relies on Mr. Petersen's unique perspective obtained by investing in and advising on a number of different sectors and asset classes during his Wall Street career to help achieve its objective of an average annual return that is superior to that of the S&P 500 without the corresponding increase in volatility. Mr. Petersen attended Bucknell University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration – Accounting in 1997. He also holds the CFA Institute’s Chartered Financial Analyst designation.Career
