Prior to founding Digital Currency Group, Barry founded SecondMarket (sold to NASDAQ in 2015). Before becoming an entrepreneur, Barry was an investment banker at Houlihan Lokey and graduated with honors from the Goizueta Business School of Emory University. Barry has received many accolades including being named Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young and Crain's, and being selected to Fortune's prestigious "40 Under 40" list. He has a longstanding passion for investing in great entrepreneurs with big ideas and has a knack for disruption himself.
