Bio

Earlier in his career, Mr Clark was founder and managing partner of a CPA practice. The firm grew substantially before merging into Ernst & Young's predecessor firm, where he served as the office's Managing Partner. Mr Clark received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant.
