Prior to joining Balderton, spent 15 years working with entrepreneurs in the US and in Europe. Most recently, acted as an interim CEO for Jambaz and non-executive director/adviser to numerous companies including Jaiku (acquired by Google NASDAQ:GOOG), Mobango, Piczo, Woome and their own portfolio company Pageflakes. Past operational experience includes helping to pioneer VoIP in Europe while serving as SVP of Marketing and Business Development at Viatel. Was also VP of Services and Marketing at Netscalibur, responible for building the pan-European organisation. Additionally, has held senior management positions in Silicon Valley with Topica, Fabrik Communications (acquired by Critical Path) and Information Access Company (acquired by Thomson Corporation NYSE:TOC). BA in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. European Commission-sponsored MSC in Electronic Information Management from Sheffield University in the UK.
