Emigrant Capital Corp is the private equity division of Emigrant Bank, the nation's largest family owned bank. We provide long-term equity and related capital to established middle-market businesses that can benefit from our financial, operational and strategic resources. We make majority or significant minority investments and work closely with company managements to build value together. We focus on cash flow positive companies with $2 to $12 million in historical EBITDA and will consider turnaround opportunities on a case-by-case basis.
