The engineering division of LKS is part of the Mondragón Corporation, which consists of several cooperative societies and more than twenty portfolio companies. Its engineering division offers professional services in the fields of architecture, industry and energy, infrastructure, real estate consulting, and design services. Headquartered in northern Spain, LKS Group has expanded its international presence to countries including China, Colombia, India, Peru, Costa Rica, Chile, Mexico, and Uruguay. Given the company’s recent growth and increasing complexity, LKS needed to implement a flexible management system that is aligned with its growing international presence.
