Ryan Baker

Bio

Ryan Baker is a Senior Associate of KPS Capital Partners. The KPS Funds are private equity funds with over $2.6 billion of committed capital focused on constructive investing in restructurings, turnarounds, bankruptcies and other special situations. Prior to joining KPS in 2007, Mr. Baker was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in their Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Mr. Baker graduated from the University of Toronto’s Joseph L. Rotman School of Management with an M.B.A and the Faculty of Law with a J.D. Mr. Baker graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a B.S. in computer science and statistical sciences.
