    As a co-founder of Evergreen Pacific Partners, Mr. McGill has served on the Board of Directors of all Evergreen Pacific Partners’ portfolio companies, including Gene Juarez, NorthStar, Good Source, Radiant Zemax, Thermal Dynamics, PAC Stainless, Vantage Mobility, Span Alaska and SafeWorks. Mr. McGill also serves as a Director for the University of Washington Foundation. Prior to founding EPP, Mr. McGill was a Principal at a Seattle, Washington-based private equity firm. During this time, he served on the Board of Directors of two Oregon cable television companies. Previously, he was Vice President for La Haye Laboratories, Inc. in Seattle, Washington and negotiated the sale of La Haye Laboratories, Inc. to Nestle S.A. in 1998. Prior to this, Mr. McGill was with Procter & Gamble. Prior to graduate school, he served as Executive Director and a member of the Board of Directors of Seattle Works, building the largest volunteer placement agency in the State of Washington. Mr. McGill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration from the Anderson School of Business at the University of California, Los Angeles.
