Bio

BRM's VP Finance and CFO since 2000, Mr Basher has over 25 years of experience in accounting, financing, and taxation and is experienced in a variety of investment fields. Prior to joining BRM, Mr Basher was VP Finance and CFO of DSP Group Inc. (Nasdaq: DSPG), Interpharm Laboratories Ltd. and Rosh Intelligent Systems. Mr Basher also served as an expert in an elite department of the Israeli Treasury Office specializing in taxation during periods of inflation. Mr Basher currently sits on the boards of NanoCyte, Glycominds and eToro. A Certified Public Accountant in Israel, Mr Basher holds a BA in Accounting and Economics and MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an LLM from Bar Ilan University.
