James Cole

Bio

Prior to founding Windward Ventures, Mr Cole was a founding general partner of Spectra Enterprise Associates, a Southern California based venture fund and he was a partner of New Enterprise Associates, one of the country's leading venture capital organizations. He was previously a co-founder and Executive Vice President of Amplica, a successful manufacturer of microwave gallium arsenide integrated circuits.
