Joined HgCapital in 2005 and has over 5 years of accounting, corporate finance advisory and private equity experience. Previously worked at Arthur Andersen where he supervised a number of audits at client sites, leading teams covering investment management, private equity, corporate finance, insurance brokerage and pension schemes. Then joined Deloitte & Touche where he was a member of the Corporate Finance Advisory Business Modelling Team specialising in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Has both worked on and manages the Tir Mostyn, Sorne, Wind Direct and Picardy Wind investments. Sits on the Wind Direct advisory committee. Degree in Natural Sciences (economics and mathematics) from Durham University. Chartered Accountant.
